We all know the way to lose weight is to follow a calorie-controlled diet and to participate in regular exercise, this is relatively simple but you have to get your mind to focuson it, every time.

Think Slim
Dont think thought like "I dont want to be fat". This kind of thought will tell your mind that you are fat and you will propably still feel like a failure or victim.
You really have to get what you excacly want into your mind and direct your focus on excacly what you want. "I want a slim, fit, healthy body".
By focusing on what you excacly want, you are sending message to your mind to find every oportunity to move towards your goal.

Set a Goal
What do you want to achieve? Less fat, lose 10 pounds, 20 pounds or 30 pounds etc.
Before you start your weight loss process, start by setting a definite goal. What is it that you want excacly?
You will be much more focused when you state a goal like: "I want to lose 20 pounds instead of just state a goal like "I dont want to be fat".
It can help to set a date by which you will reach your goal. You can write your goal and deadline on a peace of paper and put it somewhere you can see it multiple times a day.
Put your goal it on your refridgerator and beside your bed is a great idea! Then you can look at it everytime you are going to eat and on waking up and before going to bed. This will act as a constant reminder of your goal.
Its a a good rule to dont try to achive more that one goal at a time. Once you have attained it, you can work towards a second goal. Remember to keep you goals in sight to motivate your self.
Be Patient
Never Ever Give Up...! If you have failed before, thats totally fine, just try again and correct your mistakes from last time. Maybe your last diet mistake was dieting where you actually starved your self and exploed in the end!

To be successful, you need to take control of the bad habits that have turned into a fat! You have to be really excited about it and belive you can really do it!
Stop weighting yourself everyday. Do it only 2 per weeks.
Tell others your goals. By spreading your goal to family and friends, you will get more motivated to acheive it, and you'll gain a cheering section!
